LIQUID CO2

For the first time in 2022, Ikaros has started the supply of liquid carbon dioxide and complementary services.

Thanks to the long experience in the field and the strong ties with the producers, in 2022 Ikaros starts the supply of liquid carbon dioxide to meet the needs of its partners where there has been short supply nationwide.

The CO2, coming from a natural source, complies with food use standards – additive code E290 – having passed the European and international quality and safety assessment processes.

The excellent quality of the carbon dioxide is further confirmed by the appreciation of the biggest operators in the market, such as Heineken, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo.

The distribution of food grade CO2, also suitable for other sectors such as fire, industrial and medical, is managed entirely by Ikaros: from the supply of liquid CO2, the organization of transport, through to the delivery to the final user in the desired location.

This is then incorporated by complementary services during all stages of the supply chain, like offering advice and assistance of various kinds and providing additional services elements, such as the provision of tanks for the storage of liquid carbon dioxide.
